RivkA,
Am I number 248?
Seriously, I found your blog some time ago and I will be checking in from time to time.
G'mar Chatima Tova and a Refuah Sheleima.
I'm just a friend in the U.S. who worries about you, and prays for you, though we've never met, are not likely to meet. You are an inspiration to me. Your connection to G-d and family is so beautiful that it shines across the miles, and reminds me to pray every day for you, for my family, and for myself that I can accept help when I need it, and give help when I get the chance.
We're your secret blog friends. We check in regularly to see how you're doing.
I am a 63 year old woman living in the US. I started reading your blog a couple months ago and have forgotten how I got started. I get the feed daily so never miss it.
I am a mother and grandmother and admire your courage, strength and honesty and I send happy healing thoughts for you and your family whenever I read your entries.
I read your blog daily for months now.
Seeing you, continuing with life, and having your family keep normal life, gives me the strength to keep going.
As you know, we're struggling with my daughter's cancer for almost 3 years now.
A while ago you talked about yout frustration not being able to donate blood.
Well, at least to me, you are donating much more then blood.
It's pure soul that I'm getting from you.

Hi, I guess I'm number 249!
Chana V
I am Kathy, a 57 (whew, I don't say that often!)woman, wife, daughter, sister, mom, grandma, executive who lives in the Pacific Northwest, USA - oh yes, I am a blog enthusiast.
I enjoy reading your blog. I have learned so much. Thank you!
I'm not in the 247. I read it using Google Reader. I suspect that I'm not the only one, so it's really more than 247.
some people just can't help 'collecting' people. some have the gift of making others feel like they are your good friends, apparently (who knew?) even when you haven't met them.
glad i was "collected" years ago.
love
BW
A faithful reader, always cheering you on.
this is an excellent sign, RivkA - you want to know who's reading, which means (maybe) there's a lessening of sadness in your life?? but maybe not, just your wonderful wonderful curiosity about everything.
say hello to your mom - not fair of me to say, but today I cried as I looked at old photo albums of my parents, now with G-d or someplace, but not with me.
Klara
I don't know how I found you, I think that I did through reading English Blogs from Israel. I read your blog daily and admire your strength and courage as well as your wit and writing. Enjoy your visit with your parents!
Thanks for coming out from behind the curtain!
Sheldon, Maffy, Karol, Kathy U – Welcome to my blog!
Superraizy – thanks for being a secret blog friend (and a superhero)
Na’ama – I have been thinking of you. I wanted to call you before the chag. Please email me your phone number.
Chana V – well, it depends on how you count. The “counter” counts from midnight to midnight.
anon – I wondered about that. Pretty cool
BW – thanx! (btw, me 2!)
Baila – yay!
Klara – I don’t know if there’s a lessening of the sadness”, just a different emphasis today. I’m always curious! (even when I’m sad) What was “not fair…to say…”? I appreciated what you shared. My mom says "hi" back!
I'm a seminary student in Jerusalem. Don't remember how I found your blog...but I read it frequently.
Refuah shelemah.
I've been quietly lurking here for a while....love your blog, but shy about commenting.....
