When I make a change to a published post, either in the text or in the title, do you receive every single version?
If so, does it drive you nuts?

It depends on when they access your reader, or click on the link. If they access it before you have made the change, you won't see the update.

I always wondered the same thing about my posts that are automatically sent out to certain people's (read: Mom's, Dad's) email addresses. I always forget to ask them.
